The man on the far left is Wayne Rice.  School Superintendent Earl Roberts is the man in the hat, although I don't know who he's speaking with;  Joe and Delores Sargeant are between them.  People to Mr. Roberts left - your right - are Scott Jack (towards the rear).  Among the those sitting are Janice Cook Ryan and Hazel and Grant Thorp.
