The Pete Waters home is the 'darker" of the two houses in this shot.   A  duplex, other residents included Omer, Nell, and J. O. Dugeon; Ralph  & Martha Jane Jack Carpenter, and their daughters, Margie and Shirley Lou. 

The white house on the right was the home of John and Nell Campbell and their daughter, Nelda, and later, Daisy Hill and her father.
