Glencoe Fire
	Owen News:  On Saturday night last, between midnight and daylight, the mill of Ben. West at Glencoe, together with some money notes, and other valuabl;e papers were destroyed by fire.  Loss estimated at between &6,000 and $7,000.  Supposed to be the work of an incendiary [i.e. arson].
