A small settlement on Eagle creek, in the northwestern part of Grant
county, 13 miles from Williamstown, the county seat, 5 from Elliston
Station, on the L., C. & L. Short Line R.R., its nearest shipping
point, and 80 from Louisville. Its shipments are principally tobacco and
corn. Weekly mail. Population 20. Geo. W. Salyers, postmaster.
