A station on the Kentucky Central R.R., and small village settled in
1845, and situated on the south fork of Licking river, in the southern
part of Pendleton county, 8 miles from Falmouth, the county seat, and
157 miles from Louisville. The shipments from here are cattle, hogs, and
produce. Express, Adams. Daily mail. Population, 50. R.H. Dudley,
postmaster.
